Moving In / Turn On
If moving in, service can be obtained by contacting us at 734-384-9150, by visiting the Water Office to arrange for service, or using the Water Department Request form linked in the green boxes above. An account will be established, note Landlord Approval is required on all rentals. If service is turned off currently someone must be present to verify service is on.
Moving Out / Turn Off*
If moving out, service contact us at 734.384.9150, by visiting Water Office to schedule a final read for obtaining a final bill, or using the Water Department Request form linked in the green boxes above. If service is desired to turned off someone must be present to verify service is turned off.
Service Maintenance & Repair
Customers having problems with water service can call the Water Office between 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday at 734.384.9150, or by using the Water Department Request form linked in the green boxes above. For emergencies after hours, on holidays or weekends call 734.241.5947.
Problems with sanitary sewer service customers can call the Wastewater Plant at 734-241-5926. Staff is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year.
