City of Monroe Treasury oversees the collection and distribution of city revenues, such as property taxes, parking citation revenues and special
assessments.
Water bills, licenses, and permit fees are payable online via the links below, or in person at the Treasurer's office located in the first floor lobby of City Hall, 120 East First Street, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
24 Hour Drop Off - For your convenience, there is a 24-hour drop box located on the south side of city hall, off of Macomb Street, in the courthouse/city hall parking lot.
